Who hosts it?
We do, on Cloudflare’s global network. There are no servers for you to run or patch.
Will my clients see TinyX anywhere?
No. Links use your domain, and every page carries your name, logo and colours, with our footer removed.
Can people sign up on their own?
No. Your instance has no public sign-up or pricing pages. Your admin adds the people who use it.
Is our data kept apart from other customers?
Yes. Each White Label client runs on its own deployment, with its own database and its own file storage.
Is there an SLA?
One is available, agreed as part of your contract alongside the support level you choose.
