TinyX exists to help people share files, shorten links, and collect responses — securely and privately. It does not exist to help anyone break the law, harass people, distribute illegal content, or otherwise be a terrible human being.
If you use TinyX for any of the above, we will terminate your account, delete your data, and report you to the appropriate authorities without hesitation and without notice.
We're going to be honest with you. The free tier isn't limited because we want your money. It's limited because we don't know you yet.
25 links a month, basic analytics, standard file sizes — that's more than enough for legitimate personal use. The limits exist because every abuse campaign we've ever seen starts with a free account and a thousand links.
If you're a legitimate user who genuinely needs more on a free tier — a student, a non-profit, someone just starting out — talk to us. We'll work something out. We're not here to gatekeep. We're here to keep the platform clean for everyone who uses it properly.
We respect your privacy. We ask for the absolute minimum: an email address, a password, and that's it. No phone number. No real name. No government ID.
We collect click analytics on links (country, device, referrer) because that's the product. We do not read your files — encrypted uploads are zero-knowledge by design, and even unencrypted files are your business, not ours.
But privacy is not anonymity for the purpose of abuse. If law enforcement presents a valid legal request, we will cooperate. If your content is reported and confirmed to be illegal, we will act. Privacy protects you from us. It does not protect you from the law.
If you've encountered a TinyX link that violates this policy:
When we confirm abuse:
We built TinyX for creators, businesses, lawyers, photographers, agencies, and anyone who needs to share things securely and track how they're accessed. Use it for that. Don't use it to be a criminal. It's not complicated.
