TinyX ("the Service") is a SaaS link intelligence platform that provides link shortening, file sharing, questionnaires, and analytics. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected billing interval (monthly or annual). All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. End-to-end encrypted files are encrypted in your browser before upload — we store only ciphertext and cannot access file contents.
You retain all rights to content you create or upload through the Service. By using TinyX, you grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. TinyX and its logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of the operator.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime or SLA for the free tier. Paid tiers receive priority support. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to provide advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyX and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
